Founded in 1948 by Robert C. F. Ho and Don Ambrosio Magsaysay, MAGSAYSAY traces its roots as ship owners and ship managers. Over the years, MAGSAYSAY has expanded its services to the industries of manpower deployment and human resources, hospitality and tourism, shipping and logistics, healthcare, education and training, oil and gas, and specialized engineering and trade.

Magsaysay Shipping and Logistics (MSL) is primarily engaged in full-container liner shipping, warehouse management and third-party logistics services, tanker operations and petroleum barging, ship management, marine bunkering, agency & brokerage, chassis leasing & hauling, port equipment, tour operations and fast ferry charters, marine repairs and services and marine consultancy. Its network of transportation facilities, distribution channels, and logistics centers operate 24/7 from offices and locations in practically all major ports and cities in the Philippines.

    Established in 2011, Icebox Logistics Services, Inc. (Icebox) is a member of Magsaysay Shipping Logistics’ (MSL) domestic refrigerated container service operations include door-to-door delivery, stuffing and stripping, mobile and static reefer storage, shipping, cargo forwarding, full-container load, less-container load, and trucking.

With 300 reefer van units and serving 16 major ports nationwide, our logistics network spans key cities in Manila, Cebu, Iloilo, Bacolod, Cagayan de Oro, Davao, General Santos, Cotabato, and Zamboanga.

We support the logistics needs of our client partners who are managing multiple commissary/cold storage areas by providing Reefer Van Land Transfer (RVLT) services. We operate one (1) container yard (CY) with chassis parking, container storage, PMS, PTI, maintenance and repair, dispatching, equipment control, and technician services.
