ISO 9001 is the international standard for a quality management system (QMS). By complying with the stringent standards of ISO 9001, organizations such as Icebox demonstrate their ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and regulatory requirements while working towards continuous improvement.
Icebox aims to provide unparalleled customer experience, and the ISO 9001 accreditation confirms its commitment to service reliability, quality, and safety. The team has been introducing innovative processes and solutions that benefit its cold chain customers and further improve and expand its services.
